Lisa Gray is in a class of her own. Lisa came into my life at a difficult time of selling my home to relocate to another state. She is perceptive, resourceful, and patient – going above and beyond to make this process as painless as possible. Her assistance in providing advice and options in regards to the most economical and safe way to sale, donate and ship items was invaluable. Within weeks my home was sold for my asking price and closed one day earlier than the original close date. She was able to bring forth a buyer without ever listing the property. In comparison to my friend’s experience with his realtor, the difference was night and day; Lisa did so much extra for us and steered us in exactly the right direction. It showed me that not all realtors have your interest at heart but Lisa does. I knew nothing about buying a house and Lisa started by meeting us and showing us the the path that we’re going to take — from open houses to closing and everything in between. Then, she guided us though the entire thing. She offers us all the knowledge she’s gained over the years. While visiting houses with us she told us what to look and smell for. Even after we closed, she’s still answering our silly questions. She also has helpful recommendations of mortgage brokers, lawyers, movers, and everyone else needed to buy a house. Buying a house is complicated, and Lisa made my life a lot easier.

My fiancé and I were purchasing our first home and Lisa Gray made the experience absolutely manageable and affordable. She talked frequently with my fiancé and I to find out what was important to us and did everything to find us our perfect home. We initially had our eyes on one particular area and after showing us multiple homes, she convinced us to slightly expand our search and showed us the perfect home that had everything we wanted and so much more. With her help she helped us make an offer to get our dream home within our budget. We never could have imagined finding such an amazing home with our budget but Lisa made it possible.
